Design Cottage Monthly Card Club
Welcome to the Design Cottage Card Club — a monthly subscription for lovers of art, stationery and beautifully curated paper goods. Each month you’ll receive a small collection of illustrated cards featuring garden scenes, birds, flowers and quiet country details designed and created by me here in my cosy Lancashire cottage studio.
Every pack is seasonal, exclusive and thoughtfully created, giving you something lovely to look forward to all year round.

1. About the Card Club
The Design Cottage Card Club is a monthly subscription service where members receive a curated pack of illustrated greetings cards. Exact contents vary month to month.
2. Pricing & Payment
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel.
UK subscribers: £12 per month
All prices include packaging; shipping is included.
Payments are taken monthly via recurring payment.
3. Billing Dates
If a payment fails, we may retry it up to 3 times. If it still fails, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Payments are processed on the same date each month, starting from the date you sign up.
4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Monthly packs ship between the 1st and 7th of each month.
UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days.
International orders may take 1–4 weeks depending on location.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Since the packs are made to order, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been taken, unless required by law or your pack arrives damaged.
You can cancel anytime.
To receive the upcoming month’s pack, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
6. Damaged or Missing Packs
If your pack arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 14 days with your order details so we can replace it.
